MILAN (ITALPRESS) – The State Police, coordinated by the Prosecutor of the Republic of Milan – VII Department – has performed an order of precautionary custody in prison, arranged by the GIP of the Tribunal, against two people, both Chinese citizens, seriously suspected of having competition in the attempted murder committed in via Marsala, on the evening of 26 March 2025, to the damage of their compatriot. In June 2025, the agents of the Mobile Team of the Questura in Milan had already arrested the material authors of the attack. The subsequent development of the investigative activities, has allowed to identify further profiles of responsibility, with particular reference to logistic support and the preparatory phases of the action delittuosa. In this context, the man who played the role as a driver in support of the criminal action, hired specifically to ensure the immediate escape of the races towards Prato. The man, Wednesday, January 7, was tracked and arrested in Prato in execution of the aforementioned order of custody. A further man has also been identified, considered to be the one who hired the material performers, who in the state is irreperible and is actively sought. According to the investigative activities, the authors of the attack would follow the victim for a few hours, waiting for his return to the house.
Once identified, the entrepreneur would have been approached and attacked, but he managed to escape the criminal action and escape. In the course of the episode some gunshots would have exploded, one of which attracted the victim in a non-lethal way. Cops, through the analysis of video surveillance systems in the area and the feedback of electronic traces left by the devices in use to the inquiries, have reconstructed the stages of the attack and outlined the roles of the material performers. Subsequently, the investigations continued to ascertain further responsibilities, making it clear that the attack had been carried out on commission and after payment of a sum of money and with the support, with a driver’s function, of a person also specially hired and paid.
