COMO (ITALPRESS) – The State Police of Como, during the night between Saturday and Sunday, arrested for mistreatment and injury, a 25-year-old Ecuador, in accordance with the rules on the stay, anagraphically resident in Como, with police records also specific for the same crime, repeated against the same person.
The man was also denounced in a state of freedom for driving the car under the effect of alcohol. It was 2 and a half at night, when the policemen of a steering wheel, during the control of the territory, passing through via Canturina in front of the pool of Muggiò, noticed a strange movement around a car, being immediately attracted by the requests for help of some people who indicated a girl on the ground sore and a man, then identified in the 25-year-old Ecuadorian, as responsible for her aggression.
The man, as soon as he realized the arrival of the police, is quickly climbed up in the car, leaving with a dirt, promptly stopped by the police and insured in the service car. At the same time, the woman, a 21-year-old comasca of South American origins, who was frightened and painful, denounced that she was heavily threatened, beaten and dragged by her hair on the asphalt by the former companion, the agents intervened an ambulance of 118 carrying the 21-year-old at the Sant’Anna hospital in San Fermo della Battaglia (CO).
On the spot, the cops took witness statements, which, after desperate screams, intervened in the help of the woman. In fact, from the results it is mercury that the 25-year-old and the 21-year-old had arrived in the parking lot at full speed and stopping the car abruptly, then hearing the screams of the woman who was also taken for the hair and dragged on the asphalt.
At the hospital, however, the 21-year-old complaint was heard and assumed, which told the agents, as well as how the events were held that evening, the escalation of episodes of mistreatment and violence suffered over a year by the former companion.
