First Cagliari joy, Parma beaten 3-2 at “Tardini”

PARMA (ITALPRESS) – In the postponement of the sixth day of Serie A, Cagliari folds Parma 3-2. At the Tardini staged a simply crazy match, entertaining and full of reversals. Cagliari thus finds its first success in the league, thanks to goals by Zortea, Marin and Piccoli; for the hosts, however, Man and Hernani score on a penalty kick. Up to now in the league, Parma had never been in such difficulty as in the first half. Pecchia’s team, in fact, had always accustomed us to bright and swaggering starts: this time around, however, it is Cagliari that is characterized by a more daring approach. Barely three minutes pass and Suzuki immediately has to perform a miracle, deflecting Piccoli’s attempt into a corner. At 7′ then it’s up to the Var to save the hosts from the mauling of the disadvantage, recognizing an offside by Mina, author of the goal. On the other side, however, the Crusaders lit up only in flashes as, for example, at 28′, when Mina repelled a dangerous shot by Valeri. The Sardinian side seemed more determined and, after much effort, finally found the 1-0 at 34′ with Zortea: the former Atalanta player was quick to anticipate the Emilians’ defense and deflect Luvumbo’s cross from the left into the net. From the locker room, however, a completely different Parma re-emerged, dragged by Man’s flair. After two great missed chances, the Romanian fantasist evens the score, at 62′, on his third attempt, beating Scuffet with a flat shot from the center of the area. The game is more open than ever and both teams are not content with a draw. They go from a goal cancelled out to Piccoli to the possible 2-1 Parma, trashed by Sohm on a counterattack. To break the stalemate then, Nicola decides to strengthen his midfield, inserting Marin. An enlightening change, because after two minutes Cagliari’s number 18 scores the goal of the new lead, thanks to a powerful right-footed cross from outside the box. Woe, however, to think that this is the end of it, because the end of the game is for strong hearts. Taking advantage of Palomino’s naive foul on Charpentier, the Crusaders sealed the 2-2 on a penalty kick with Hernani. Not even a minute passes and Cagliari takes the lead again, taking advantage of a Parma still busy cheering: the hero of the night is Piccoli, who makes it 3-2, taking advantage of the defensive hole of the opponents. A victory wanted, sweated and deserved for Cagliari, more concentrated and determined.- photo Ipa Agency -(ITALPRESS).
