For Pope new quiet night

ROME (ITALPRESS) – The Pope had a quiet night. This was announced by the Vatican press office. Meanwhile, the Holy Father, who has been hospitalized since Feb. 14 at Policlinico Gemelli, continues alternating between non-invasive mechanical ventilation at night and high-flow oxygenation with nasal cannulae used during the day, as made known yesterday. The clinical situation, in fact, remains stationary in a complex picture.

Yesterday, the Pope also celebrated his 12-year pontificate with a small party organized by the Gemelli medical staff, who also presented the pontiff with a small cake with candles.
