LIVERPOOL (ENGLAND) (ITALPRESS) – Defeat without demerits for Vincenzo Italiano’s Bologna, which falls at Anfield 2-0 against Liverpool but playing a game up to the European stage of the Champions League. Gallant match by the Rossoblu, decided, however, by goals from Mac Allister and Salah, one in each half. Personality start by Bologna, with Dallinga finding the goal at 9′, with his dig beating Alisson, but all in an irregular position. Rossoblu ring to which Liverpool responded in the 11th minute with the goal of the lead: lethal insertion in the area by Mac Allister, who served with the right timing by Salah only has to push the 1-0 ball into the goal. Euphoria of the Italian team curbed by the cynicism of Slot’s men, who five minutes would go in goal again with Nunez, but it is again the assistant referee to stop everything for offside. Initial skidding phase from which, however, Bologna managed to come out well, hitting first an outside post with Ndoye, then with Urbanski’s powerful shot repelled well by Alisson. A lively match at Anfield, even at the start of the second half, with Bologna dangerous at 55′ thanks to Orsolini’s left-footed inside conclusion, who from a good position, however, does not direct the ball well. Equilibrium kept the partial up until 75′, when Salah set off from the left and with his left-footed shot drew the roundabout trajectory on which Skorupski could do nothing. Liverpool doubled and the match went downhill, at least from the point of view of the result, with a Bologna that did not give up, continuing to make itself felt in the middle of the field, but without managing to score a goal that it probably would have deserved. Thus ended the Anfield challenge, with Liverpool’s second win – after the one in the opener at San Siro against Milan – and a defeat, albeit without demerits, by the Emiliani.- Photo Image -(ITALPRESS).
