LOMBOK (INDONESIA) (ITALPRESS) – Jorge Martin, riding the Ducati Prima Pramac, won the Indonesia Grand Prix race, redeeming his mistake in the Sprint. On the Mandalika circuit, the Spaniard, who started from pole, maintained the leadership of the race from the first corners. Nothing to do, then, for Pedro Acosta (Ktm GasGas), who was forced to settle for second pizza. The day’s podium was completed by Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati Lenovo), making a comeback after an underwhelming first part of the race. Franco Morbidelli (Ducati Prima Pramac) and Marco Bezzecchi (Ducati Pertamina) are fourth and fifth, respectively. In order, Vinales, Quartararo, Binder, Zarco, Raul Fernandez complete the top ten. In the world standings, Martin takes his lead over Bagnaia to 21 points. Instead, the third and fourth positions in the championship remain crystallized. Marc Marquez (Ducati Gresini) was forced to retire, following an engine failure; Enea Bastianini (Ducati Lenovo), on the other hand, slipped with seven laps to go in a desperate attempt to catch up with the leading duo. Early in the race, Miller’s crash triggered a collective carom that also involved Espargaro, Alex Marquez and Marini. Also out were Mir and Di Giannantonio.
