Present at the Quirinale were executive chefs from the heads of state of the following countries: India, Finland, France, Sweden, Denmark, Canada, Estonia, Malta, Norway, the U.S., Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Ireland, South Africa, Monaco, Kazakhstan, Thailand, the U.K., China and, of course, Italy. “The world is marked by certain networks of interconnection, not only IT,” he added, “they are economic, they are political, they are sports, and fundamental, among the positive networks of interconnection, there are those of cultural sphere into which the science of cooking enters. The meeting concluded with brief addresses of greetings from the Head of the Kitchen Sector of the General Secretariat, Fabrizio Boca, and the founder of the Club des Chefs des Chefs, Gilles Bragard.
