Meloni-Salvini-Tajani meeting at end of month on urgent dossiers

ROME (ITALPRESS) – Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister Matteo Salvini had a two-hour convivial meeting in Puglia, at the masseria in Ceglie Messapica where the prime minister is spending a few days of vacation. It was also the occasion for a phone call to the other vice premier and minister, Antonio Tajani. On the table were the main issues of government activity in view of the autumn resumption.
The three leaders, government sources said, agreed to meet in person on Aug. 30 to take stock of the most urgent dossiers. House Speaker Lorenzo Fontana also attended the meeting. In Puglia for a few days of vacation, he took part in what is reported to be an informal and convivial meeting together with their respective families.
