TORINO (ITALPRESS) – Suzuki GSX-8T and GSX-8TT debut in dealers, two motorcycles that embody the concept “Retro Spirit, Next Generation Performance”, combining classic lines with modern elements. The 8T is inspired by the legendary T 500 “Titan” while the 8TT cupboard takes its cue from the GS1000 in racing configuration of the AMA championship of the 80s. Both reinterpret the Suzuki Heritage in a modern way.
The new Suzuki GSX-8T and GSX-8TT combine handling and performance thanks to a 776 cc parallel bicylinder (83 CV and 78 Nm), equipped with Suzuki Cross Balancer patented system to reduce vibration and advanced electronics managed by the Suzuki Intelligent Ride System that includes: Suzuki Drive Mode Selector (“Scegliiltiro”): three modes of driving to adapt dispensing and engine response. Suzuki Traction Control System (“Aprisereno”): three traction control levels, disabled. Ride-by-wire: for precise acceleration management. Easy Start System: for easy start-up. Low RPM Assist (“Partifacile”): avoids shutdown in slow departures. Quick Shift System (“Cambiarapido”): changed fluid uphill and downhill. All managed by a 5 inch color LCD TFT display, combined with a USB-C port for fast charging of devices.
The cyclist has steel frame with aluminum fork, KYB suspensions and 17′′′ wheels equipped with Dunlop Sportmax tires. The braking system mounts double front discs of 310 mm with radial Nissin calipers and 240 mm rear disc. With the GSX-8T and 8TT debuts the new compact and lightweight Hy Eliiy Power lithium-ion battery, which offers greater reliability and durability over time.
To offer its customers the possibility to customize motorcycles in sports or touring, increasing load capacity, comfort and protection, Suzuki offers accessories kits dedicated to GSX-8T and GSX-8TT: KIT Street Style 8T STREET: Windshield (Fumè) to give the bike an even more elegant look. Vintage style side protectors help protect both sides of the tank from scratches. KIT Touring Style 8T-TT TOURING: Soft side bags, a comfortable and functional solution to increase load capacity, with expandable volume from 15L up to 20L for bag, both with the SUZUKI logo. Tank bag (Grand) made of durable nylon with reflective edging, capacity 11 liters expandable up to 15 liters, complete with rain cover and shoulder strap. Supports for soft side bags. The Suzuki GSX-8T, for sale at the price of 10,910 euro free VAT concession (excluding accessories kit), is available in three colours: Green Lisbon, Gold Lima and Black Paris. For the Suzuki GSX-8TT, with a list price of 11.560 euro free VAT concession (excluding accessories kit) the choice is between two colors: Black Dubai with red and yellow accents and Green Rio with golden and orange accents. Customers can go to dealers to discover the dedicated promotions.
