Società Benefit accelerates its race and scales the podium of Italian tourism, strengthening its leadership in the hospitality sector and expanding its presence in the experiential tourism market. The group announces the entry of four new structures in the Phi Hotels chain and the acquisition of the Italica DMC tour operator, a strategic move that marks the official landing in the field of travel and tailored experiences. “With this operation, Xenia consolidates its integrated model of widespread welcome and brings to 17 the total number of hotels active along the Peninsula, from Trentino to Sicily”, we read in a note of society.
These new inputs: Hotel Bellamonte – Predazzo (Trento), “in the heart of the Dolomites: a refuge between nature and Alpine tradition”; Hotel Garden Area – Rome: “the elegance of contemporary hospitality in the heart of Capital”; Hotel Sighientu – Quartu Sant’Elena (Cagliari): “the most authentic Mediterranean, where the sea meets hospitality”. Hotel La Tonnara di Bonagia – Trapani: “a historical tuna transformed into a residence on the sea, custodian of the Sicilian marine culture”. Italica DMC, a new tour operator of the group, is added to these, intended to integrate into the broadest project of experiential operating tour that Xenia is preparing to launch on a national scale, with the aim of building a complete offer that combines hospitality, travel and discovery of the territories.
