MODENA (ITALPRESS) – The new MCPURA Maserati triumphs in the annual contest organized by the magazine Quattroruote since 2000. With 50% of preferences, in fact, the expression of the purest essence of energy and performance according to the Tridente wins the special prize in the category Dream Car, imposing itself as the protagonist of the contest and reference in the panorama of contemporary supersports. Since 2022 the prestigious referendum has awarded three special prizes in the categories Concept, Dream, and Lifestyle and, since 2025, adds a fourth – Volt – dedicated to 100% electric vehicles. In each of the four sections, the Quattroruote editorial team has selected four cars and asked its readers to express their judgment through the magazine’s Instagram site and stories. In contrast to the victory of Maserati MCPURA in the Dream Car category, “ confirming the charm of this Italian masterpiece – Maserati underlines in a note – that combines stylistic vision, technological innovation and absolute performance”. MCPURA represents “the new frontier of supersports, raising its antesignana to a higher level to make it even more performing and unique”. Available in coupe and cabrio versions, it stands out for four exclusive content: the carbon fiber monocoque, the iconic 630 hp Neptune V6 engine with patented precamera technology, the “Butterfly” doors and, for Heaven, the retractable electrochromatic glass roof. “In particular – the note continues – the carbon fiber monocoque combines rigidity and lightness, so much so that the overall weight is less than 1,500 kg and, thanks to the 630 hp dispensed, presents itself as best in class for the weight/power ratio: 2,33 kg/CV and combines extraordinary performance, extreme elegance and craftsmanship, embodying in its purest form the authentic values of the Trident.” The colour palette available for MCPURA is composed of a selection of colours created specifically, with a reference to Italianity and iconic heritage of the Marchio. Among these are some novelties: the launch color AI Aqua Rainbow, a blue that under the rays of the sunshine makes a rainbow effect appear, the new Devil Orange, a combination of energy and audacity, and the Night Interaction, sophisticated and luxurious shades that emphasize how MCPURA is the new flag holder of the Trident. The colour range is further expanded thanks to the many customization possibilities offered by the Maserati Fuoriserie Program, which includes more than thirty body colors – solid, metallic, tristrate, quadristrate or matt – to make each specimen an authentic custom creation. “This recognition has a special value because it comes directly from the readers of Quattroruote, real enthusiasts and car experts – says Santo Ficili, COO di Maserati -.
