For the launch of the new Jeep Compass adventure and music of Radio Deejay

TORINO (ITALPRESS) – On January 24th a day dedicated to adventure, fun and music, in authentic Jeep style, for the launch of the New Compass. The Fabbrica del Vapore in Milan has in fact hosted a free and open event to all who brought in the heart of the city the outdoor spirit of the Brand. Starting in the morning, the crowd could test themselves with climbing walls, zip line and numerous immersive activities, experiencing the atmosphere of a true Jeep Camp between music and entertainment, with the participation of Radio Deejay. The day continued with an exciting treasure hunt that involved about 250 people in three teams led by the Dj Vic, Federico Russo and Wad, who searched for traces and clues, faced trials and answered questions about the New Compass for the city of Milan. And finally, the evening was animated by an addictive DJ set.

Great, therefore, and tangible, enthusiasm around Nuova Compass, the SUV through which Jeep is rewriting the rules of the segment. It is the third generation of the global SUV that has become a milestone in brand success in Europe and the world, a model that has globally reached over 2.5 million sales. Built on the state-of-the-art STLA Medium platform, the New Compass combines the best capabilities of the category, the iconic design of Jeep, advanced technology and complete freedom of choice of engines, offering customers the opportunity to choose the technology that best suits their needs, from efficient hybrids to fully electric power supply.
Designed and designed to excel everywhere, from city and highway roads to everyday travel and outdoor adventures, the New Compass combines iconic lifestyle and design with an interior space and impressive versatility, thanks to efficient packaging. It offers customers a wide range of options: from an e-Hybrid of 145 hp and a 225 hp plug-in e-hybrid to fully electric versions that provide up to 375 hp, full traction and a range of 650 km. This wide range of options reflects a fundamental belief of Jeep: freedom of mobility for each trip. Aerodynamic refinements, including an aerodynamic resistance coefficient of 0.29, maximize efficiency without compromising space or practicality. Meanwhile, Selec-Terrain systems, 360-degree protection and intelligently positioned sensors improve both safety and off-road performance while preserving the comfort at the top of the category that makes the New Compass a practical but highly capable SUV. Technically, the New Compass offers versatility and capabilities for which Jeep is known. The ground height of more than 200 mm, the optimized attachment and starting angles and water gushes up to 480 mm guarantee safety on all terrain.

New Compass technology is designed to harmonize functionality and design, creating a practical and elegant user experience. The main screen integrates all the main functions – media, navigation, calls, air conditioning – in an intuitive interface. The dashboard houses a 10.25” digital instrument panel and a 16” infotainment screen, with Head-Up Display to display important data without diverting the look from the street. The steering wheel controls have also been designed to maximize cleaning and simplicity, allowing you to manage ACC, speed limits, distance, cluster pages, L2 activation/disactivation, ADAS reboot/cancellation and media functions with ease, even on irregular terrains. With this level of adaptability, the New Jeep Compass is much more than a SUV. Integrated technologies are designed to offer comfort and serenity, transforming every journey – from city traffic to long journeys – into an intelligent and rewarding experience. One of the main innovations is the One-Pedal Drive function, available on the BEV versions, which allows you to manage acceleration and deceleration with the accelerator only.

This intuitive system makes driving simpler and more relaxing, especially in traffic, representing the natural evolution of what automatic change has brought to the market: a new level of ease, precision and safety in everyday driving. Another important step is the introduction, on the New Jeep Compass, of the autonomous Level 2 standard guide. The security package is completed with state-of-the-art features such as the Predictive Adaptive Cruise Control (P-ACC) and the semi-automatic lane change. The P-ACC maintains all the advantages of the traditional ACC Stop&Go, adding the ability to adapt the speed according to the road profile, limits and curves or rounds coming. The system automatically slows down before a curve and gently accelerates when the road straightens, ensuring greater serenity at the wheel. The semi-automatic lane change function, available between 70 and 180 km/h, assists the driver in lane changes with light steering corrections, offering a safer and more serene driving experience.

The orders are already open, and Nuova Compass is offered at 249 Euro per month for the e-Hybrid version, which consists of a thermal engine plus an integrated electrical unit in the double clutch change to six reports.
