ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Today the decision n.1694 was published with which the Tar of Latium was pronounced in the merit, establishing unfounded the advanced appeal against the decree of the President of the Republic of 13 January 2026 (and against the relative deliberation of the Council of Ministers of 12 January 2026) which, for the next 22 and 23 March, called for the constitutional referendum concerning the constitutional law on “Norme in the matter of judicial order” The applicants – promoters of a collection of subscriptions subject to a referendum question partially different from the one admitted by the Central Bureau for the referendum on 18 November 2025 and on which the contested decree called the popular consultation – aimed at obtaining the suspension and annulment of the presidential decree in order to complete the collection of signatures and submit their own question to the judgment of legitimacy of the Central Bureau for the referendum.
