INC continues to grow and launches “INC Health”, the new practice Healthcare & Life Science

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – INC, Italian independent communication agency and part of UNA – United Communication Companies, inaugurates on 2026 with the launch of INC Health, the new practice dedicated to Healthcare & Life Science communication. “A strategic step that fits into the evolution of the organisational model of the agency, in response to the new needs of a sector characterized by high complexity, strong regulation and continuous transformation – reads in a note -. In the course of 2025, INC consolidated its growth path by expanding the network of professionals and recording a 10% increase in the team compared to the previous year, for a total of over 60 people between the offices of Rome and Milan. The year ended with a turnover of more than 7 million euros, up 24% compared to 2024, confirming a constant development trend”.

The 2026 opened with the acquisition of important new assignments, including Eli Lilly, for communication activities related to Milan Cortina 2026, and MSC Cruises, for Brand PR. “The birth of INC Health – continues the note – is part of this growth trajectory, with the aim of further structuring the agency’s offer through specialized practices, able to respond increasingly to market needs. With INC Health, INC strengthens its ability to support both customers already in the portfolio and new interlocutors of the Health ecosystem, providing vertical skills, dedicated languages and a deep knowledge of stakeholders, institutions and reference media.”.

To lead the new practice is Cristiana Ciofalo, who takes on the role of PR Director – Head of INC Health. Professional with more than 20 years of experience in corporate and product communication in the Healthcare sector, developed within international PR agencies, Ciofalo has coordinated strategic communication projects, media relations activities and high impact awareness campaigns, working on complex and high social issues for pharmaceutical companies, scientific societies, patient associations and institutions.
