NAPOLI (ITALPRESS) – In the course of the Conf’s organizational conference, held in Naples, the agreement protocol between the Conf Building and Federcasa for the formation of the condominium administrators operating in public residential buildings was signed.
“The agreement – we read in a note – comes from the awareness that the management of the condominiums, in particular in contexts characterized by the presence of public and private property, requires increasingly qualified and constantly updated skills. The growing regulatory and technical complexity makes the role of condominium administrators central, called to govern processes that affect the quality of living and the valorisation of real estate. The protocol aims at the design and delivery of training and professional updating paths for administrators operating in Federcasa member bodies. Educational content will cover essential operational areas such as assemblies management, procurement procedures, planning and control of work, and regulatory and tax compliance.” The activities will be carried out to ensure wide accessibility throughout the national territory.
The agreement is part of a perspective of structured and continuous collaboration, oriented to the strengthening of professional competences, the improvement of the quality of management and the dissemination of good practices in the field of public housing.
