BARI (ITALPRESS) – The Guardia di Finanza in Bari has performed a confiscation of property prevention (an apartment with relative relevance) for an estimated value of approximately 330 thousand euros in respect of an award-winning Casamassima. The recipient of the measure, issued by the Court of Bari, had already been convicted irrevocably in the past, among other things, for the crimes of association for delinquer, extortion, theft and recipe. For this reason, the financiers have focused their economic-patrimonial investigation on the analysis of all financial movements attributable to the subject and to their family nucleus through the consultation of a substantial amount of banking documentation as well as other custodians at different offices.
The preceding judgments of the defendant were such as to outline the danger of man who, as emerged from the investigations carried out by the soldiers of the Yellow Flames on delegation of the Prosecutor of the Republic of Bari, has evidenced a standard of life and wealth entirely disproportionate and not consistent with the income declared to the Fisco, results fruit of the unlawful proceeds accumulated over the years and deriving from the serious of the These goods, already subject to preventive seizure in January 2025, have therefore been subjected to confiscation (not yet definitive) on the disposal of the competent Section of the local Tribunal and carried out by the Funds of the Tenence of Putignano.
