Gaza, 4 Palestinians killed by the IDF after an attack on soldiers

TEL AVIV (ISTAELE) (ITALPRESS) – The Israeli army killed four Palestinian armed men who had left a tunnel and attacked the soldiers in Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip. The Israeli Defence Forces (Idf) report it, adding that during the rake operation in East Rafah, four terrorists were identified as leaving a tunnel and opened fire against the troops of the Seventh Armed Brigade. The Idfs say that the soldiers responded to the fire “and eliminated the four terrorists.” There is no news of Israeli victims in the accident.

The Idfs say that the attack is a “paint violation of ceasefire” between Israel and Hamas and considers the incident “gravely”. According to Idf estimates, tens of Hamas militiamen would be trapped underground in the eastern area of Rafah, on the Israeli side of the ceasefire line. Idfs have reported that they have killed or captured about 40 in the last few months.
