RIMINI (ITALPRESS) – Suzuki, close to the world of sports fishing and historical partner of FIPSAS – the Italian Federation of Sport Fishing and Underwater Activities, with which Suzuki Italy also shares a strong commitment on the issues of environmental sustainability – will be present at the Pescare Show 2026 in Rimini with a stand of about 130 square meters within the Pad.C1. Suzuki will present a selection of its range of outboards adapted to the needs of fisherman, both for use at sea and for indoor waters. Suzuki is planning at the Pescare Show 2026 two appointments dedicated to the press and to the operators of the sector: Friday 13, at 14.00, at the Pavilion C2 – stage Fishing Arena, will hold the press conference Suzuki-FIPSAS, during which will be officially presented the Suzuki Fishing Cup, the new sports project that further strengthens the collaboration between Suzuki and the Federation. The new BSC B-Tec Fishing range will be unveiled to the public, specifically designed to meet the needs of the most advanced sports fishermen.
Also Friday 13, at 15.00, at the Pavilion C1 – stand 114 Tuccoli Marine – Suzuki, will be held the press conference in which the new product of the construction site Nuova Tuccoli: T250VMax and the first renderings of the new fisherman Tuccoli T235 SF, entry level model of the newborn category Executive Sport vessel (ESV). In the foreground there will be the Suzuki Stealth Line, declined in the powers 150, 200, 300 and 350 HP, designed for larger fishing boats. Thanks to the possibility of multiple installations, these engines are also ideal for units over 10 meters long. The Suzuki Stealth Line outboard stands out for the exclusive Matte Black opaque finish livery and for the adoption of Drive By Wire commands, which significantly improve the feeling between the driver and the boat, to the full advantage of the driving precision.
In addition to the high-performance engines, Suzuki will also bring to Pescare Show a complete range of outboards dedicated to small boats or usable as auxiliary engines, including transportable models and those belonging to the “without driver’s license” range. At the top of this proposal is the Suzuki DF40A EVO, also characterized by the livery Matte Black. Technically, the DF40A EVO maintains all the solutions that have decreed the commercial success of the 40 HP Suzuki. This outboard adopts a three-cylinder architecture, which allows you to achieve one of the best weight/power ratios in the category: with only 102 kg in the short stem version, it is currently the 40 HP lightest on the market, with an advantage of about 10% compared to the main competitors.
The engine uses a four-valve DOHC distribution for cylinders, controlled by an oil bath chain (Self Adjusting Timing Chain). This solution eliminates the distribution belt, increasing reliability and reducing maintenance costs, a particularly important aspect for those who use the boat intensively, as often happens in sports fishing. The DF40A EVO also integrates the #consumameno system (Suzuki Lean Burn), technology that optimizes the air-fuel mix in real time, with concrete benefits in terms of consumption, emissions and environmental impact. For the towing activities, the engine is equipped with the Suzuki Troll Mode system, which allows a regulation of the minimum regime with increments of 50 rpm up to 1,200 rpm, allowing to accurately adapt the speed of the boat to the type of fishing practiced. A 19A high-capacity alternator completes the equipment, capable of providing 11.5A already under 1,000 rpm, sufficient value to continuously feed the electronics on board, such as echoes, chartplotters and navigation tools.
