LE REAZIONI

“A sad day. This night she left us Maria Franca Ferrero. Maria Franca was a unique, extraordinary woman. He accompanied Michele Ferrero throughout his life and is given part and protagonist of the great industrial and human adventure of his husband”. So on X the defense minister, Guido Crosetto. “His sweetness, his humanity, his delicacy, his humility will remain in the hearts of anyone who has known it. Maria Franca was a unique person – continues -. Not because it was the “Mrs. Ferrero” but because she was Maria Franca, equal to anyone she met, whether they were queens or an unemployed person who asked her for help on the street in Alba. I will miss his habit of taking my hand and holding it tight. In recent years, when we saw each other, we did not need to talk, but we embraced and knew that hug we were doing it to Peter and Michael. She was a great woman of whom we will miss. To God Maria Franca”.

“I express my deepest sympathy for the disappearance of Maria Franca Ferrero, a figure that represented Italian excellence not only through the guidance of one of the most prestigious and internationally recognized industrial groups, but especially for its extraordinary humanity and dedication to the common good.” Paolo Zangrillo, Minister for Public Administration, says this: “The honorary president of Ferrero International and the supporting column of the Ferrero Foundation, Maria Franca Ferrero embodied a high model of social responsibility and civil commitment. His motto, “Working, creating, donating”, remains a moral testament that reminds us every day to unite success and solidarity, economic growth and attention to the territory and the most fragile people. With a discreet and tireless guide he has been able to preserve and value the deep roots of the community of Alba, bringing in the world an example of enterprise capable of combining efficiency and heart. The Ferrero family and all the staff of the Group come my most sincere condolences and my personal thanks for the heritage of values that leave us as a gift”, concludes Minister Zangrillo.

“Today for Piedmont is a very sad day. With the disappearance of Maria Franca Ferrero we lose an extraordinary figure, protagonist and share of the visionary industrial adventure of her husband Michele and his family. A woman of a rare sensibility who never missed a smile and a gesture of humanity to anyone who had to deal with her. Careful, linked to his land and always ready to concretely support the many solidarity, social and cultural projects that without his contribution in these years could not see the light. From Albese, then, born and lived next to Ferrero, for me this is also the loss of a loved one who linked me a deep affection. For all of us, Mrs. Maria Franca was like a family person: a reference, a security, a woman to whom we all loved and to whom we will always be bound. To the son Giovanni and to the whole family my condolences and the Piedmont Region. We’ll miss him. We will miss it very much.” So the president of the Piedmont Region, Alberto Cirio.
