Our Foreign Minister has issued extremely positive comments for the tones used by Rubio but has not prophesied verb on the substance of the problem raised by Merz, i.e. on how according to Europe it should change in order to please the American Administration.
In his speech, Mr Merz made official what was already known in the European stationary, namely that France and Germany began to discuss concretely the ways of extending the French nuclear guarantee to other European countries, Germany in the first place.
Mr Merz added that he did not want that in Europe, in the case of the extension of this guarantee, there is a difference in safety levels between the countries concerned with a common defence.
In diplomacy sometimes the spaces are conquered also with the ambiguity of the strategic posture and it is legitimate to assume that this is precisely trying to make the Italian Government.
Earn time, waiting for the autonomy at least partial from the American protective umbrella to become a feasible option.
And the approach to Germany seems to be functional to such a design, provided that a design exists.
Only at some point you will have to choose and marry. Hopefully with the European “pharmaceutical”, the only real good party for Italy, although perhaps the nostalgia for the nationalist mantras of the world M.A.G.A. Every now and then, the sleep of the old guard of the coalition of government will move.
