Ukraine, at the start of the trilateral talks with Russia and the United States

GINEVRA (Switzerland) (ITALPRESS) – The new round of trilateral negotiations began in Geneva with the participation of Russia, the United States and Ukraine. The Russian agency Tass reports it, specifying that the talks will be held at closed doors, as previously announced by the Swiss authorities. The Russian delegation is led by Vladimir Medinsky, assistant of the Russian President, and includes the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mikhail Galuzin, as well as the head of the Chief Intelligence Directorate of the Major State of the Russian Armed Forces Igor Kostyukov.

Kirill Dmitriev, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for Investment and Economic Cooperation with foreign countries, is also present in Geneva.

The Kiev negotiating team includes, among others, the Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council, Rustem Umerov, the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Andriy Gnatov and the Deputy Head of the Chief Intelligence Directorate, Vadym Skibitsky.

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced that US President Steven Witkoff and entrepreneur Jared Kushner will participate in the meeting from Washington. US Army Secretary Daniel Driscoll and European Supreme Allied Commander Alexus Grynkevich will attend talks in Geneva, said Cnn Haley Britzky, citing sources of the Pentagon press group.
