ROMA (ITALPRESS) – With the execution of 6 custodians, the first phase of a meticulous investigation carried out by the State Police was closed this morning, under the coordination of the Prosecutor at the Ordinary Court and the Prosecutor at the Tribunal for Minors in Rome, initiated following the attempted murder of a minor occurred last November in the Don Bosco district.
The episode had been consumed in the late afternoon of 30 November, in a green area between viale Ciamarra and via Libero Leonardi. According to the investigators of the Mobile Team, headed by the magistrates of the two Procures, the victim would have been attracted inside the park with the excuse of a drug-dancer exchange previously agreed through chat. When, then, the young man would have presented himself near the pre-established bench as a meeting point, he would have been immediately blocked and held for one arm by one of the two today’s inquired elders, allowing another group of young people to go out in the open, from a hiding place between the bush, then surround him and attack him until he drops to the ground. In particular, after being hit by kicks and fists, the victim would have been hit several times by one of the attackers with an iron spurt.
The final blow would come when his attempt to get rid of it would be neutralized by one of the underage investigations, which would extract a knife from his back. Faced with the serious injuries reported, the young man had been rescued on the spot and transported to the hospital, with an initial prognosis of 60 days. The investigations of the investigators and the Mobile Team immediately concentrated in the drug environments and among the victim’s friendships.
Thanks to a series of technical investigations, the collaboration of some witnesses and the discovery of the juice used during the plague, the investigators managed to give a face and a name to 6 aggressors – 2 elders and 4 minors – and to give each of them the respective role covered in the criminal case. The motive of the attempted murder, according to the hypothesis advanced by the Procura and cited in the order signed by the Judge for preliminary investigations, “would be sought in the failure of a drug game that one of today’s inquired would have entrusted as “direct” to the young victim”. The amazing, in fact, would have gone “lost” because the young pusher had been taken under arrest just in that circumstance. The Ordinary Prosecutor and the Specialised Prosecutor have requested and obtained from the respective Judges for Preliminary Investigations the issue of a precautionary measure at the expense of the 6 investigations. This morning were the men of the Mobile Team, in a complex operation, to give course to ordinances. The two elders, one of 19 and the other of 18 years, were taken to Regina Coeli prison, while the 4 minors, aged between 14 and 18 (17 at the time of the events) were accompanied to Casal del Marmo IPM. Everyone is now seriously suspected, in competition with each other, of attempted murder. However, the investigative framework remains evolving, with ongoing investigations to identify other unknown participants.
