ROMA (ITALPRESS) – “The decision in fact rewrites the rules of the game, we are certainly concerned, the commissioners are evaluating what impact it can have, both regarding the ongoing negotiations that are finalizing, both regarding the productive and therefore employment continuity” of the plant of Taranto. “This also concerns the maintenance of the high furnace 4, which should have started today.” The Minister of Enterprises and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso, said this in the margin of a conference on the decision of the Milan court. “I hope that there is a positive assessment by the Commissioners that maintenance can still have course,” he added. “We know that last night we have taken note of this, even in comparison with the unions, regarding the extension of the current integration case, because everyone understands that the decision of the court has also impacted on productive continuity and therefore on the occupation that can be guaranteed also in this transitional phase. I will report to Parliament, in an audition already planned and to the unions in Palazzo Chigi.
