ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Aran and trade union organizations of the area from health, have definitively signed the contract for the three-year period 2022-2024. The contract is aimed at over 137,000 executives, of which 120,000 doctors and 17,000 non-medical health care professionals. The contract is mainly characterized by the sensitive monthly average economic increments to regime of 490 euro/month for 13 monthly, part of which destined to increase the salary table. Further increases were then provided for the remuneration of fixed-party positions which, as regards the newly recruited leaders, it represents an increase of 55% aimed at enhancing the entry of young people and making the National Health Service more competitive and attractive. In addition, complex management allowances and specific allowances for veterinary medical profiles and health profiles have been increased.
“We proceed with determination in the groove of the contractual renewals on which this government has chosen to invest continuously. Today it has been signed at the Aran definitively by all the unions except for the Cgil the contract of the Area Health 2022-2024, concerning doctors and managers of health professions, with the free way of the Court of Auditors. This signature is a concrete and non-formal step. The contract, which provides for average increases affecting wages in a concrete way, contributes to enhancing strategic skills and professionalism for the functioning of the State. As regards contractual renewals, we have made a commitment, which we are respecting step by step and continuously, despite the delays accumulated in previous years and which we have inherited. NADDEO “INCREMENTI ECONOMICI SIGNIFICATIVI”
After the certification of the Court of Auditors, the Aran has signed definitively with trade union organizations the Ccnl 2022-2024 of the Medical and Health Area. The contract hypothesis was signed on 18 November without the accession of Fp Cgil Medici and Fassid. With the final signature, only the Cgil no remains, while Fassid signed the final contract. “With the definitive signature of today the three-year period 2022-2024 is closed, ensuring significant economic gains to the doctors and health managers of Ssn – emphasizes the president of Aran, Antonio Naddeo -. I thank the trade union organizations for the serious and constructive comparison that has allowed to achieve this result. The Committee of the Regions has approved the acts of address both for the sector and for the health management: after the free way of the Ministry of Economy and Finance we can formally start the negotiations for Ccnl 2025-2027, in accordance with the commitment assumed by the Minister for Public Administration, Paolo Zangrillo, to ensure continuity and regularity in the renewals”.
CISL “SUBITO TAVOLO SU TRIENNIO 2025/2027”
