ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Xenia Hotellerie Solution, operating in the hotel tourism sector with its own hotel chain called Phi Hotels and with accommodation services and incoming tour operators, announces the signing of a binding agreement for the acquisition of the company branch relating to the four-star resort “Alla Corte delle Terme” in Viterbo.
The completion of the operation is scheduled by March. With this acquisition, the hotel group Phi Hotels reaches 18 structures active in the national territory. The resort has a dining area, event spaces, pool, private spa and 20 rooms. In 2024 it recorded revenues exceeding 1.1 million. Xenia plans to invest around 0.2 million for the development of the structure; the renting fee is growing up to about 0.1 million annually.
The operation will be supported entirely by own financial resources. “This operation represents the first step of our development path of 2026. It is an operation we have worked for several months and is part of our vision to build a recognizable national hotel brand. Xenia wants to be a growth engine for local communities, an amplifier of excellence and quality chains that can be a response to the growing and structural demand for experiential tourism,” says Ercolino Ranieri, CEO of Xenia Spa.
