AMSTERDAM (OLANDA) (ITALPRESS) – Stellantis today announced the appointment of Charles Christman at Head of Investor Relations, a direct takeover of Chief Financial Officer Joao Laranjo, with immediate effect. Christman succeeds Ed Ditmire, who decided to leave the company for personal reasons. With a career that embraces different areas of finance, including treasury, business development and investor relations, Christman has gained a solid experience in the primary realities of the automotive and financial sectors.
During his duties he played a key role in the implementation of major M&A and capital market operations, contributing to the transformation of financial services activities and to the management of complex liquidity and financing contexts. Prior to this appointment, Christman has worked closely with Laranjo over the past eight years, serving as treasurer of North America, Head of Financial Services and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis for North America, and President of Stellantis Financial Services US.
Previously, he held strategic positions at Fiat Chrysler North America, General Motors and Meritor. Christman graduated in Finance from Indiana University and a Master in Business Administration from Michigan State University. Stellantis thanks Ed Ditmire for the years of service dedicated to the Company and wishes him the best for his future and the challenges that await him.
