ROMA (ITALPRESS) – In relation to the case Almasri, it was presented at the prosecutor of the Republic of Rome – according to what it turns out to the agency Italpress – instance of transmission of the proceedings on the head of cabinet of the Ministry of Justice, Giusi Bartolozzi to the Prosecutor of the Republic of Perugia, which must be considered functionally competent in compliance with the principle of the natural judge referred to in Article 11 of the code of criminal procedure.
As already happened in similar cases, lastly at the Prosecutor of Rome, it is now expected that the Office has the urgent transmission of acts in Perugia. Bartolozzi is investigated for false information to the prosecutor.
