Referendum, born the front of the YES of the intermediate bodies

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – “No more just a debate for professionals or a challenge between parties: the reform of justice becomes a battle of civilization that starts from below”. An official cross-sectional cartel consists of 26 civic, trade union, cultural, employers and sports organizations, joined to actively support the referendum campaign for the YES. The initiative, born from the propulsion of the National Presidents of ASI and OPES, marks the disruptive entry of the world of associationism and the third sector in the referendum game. The decision to go into the field – matured after weeks of internal confrontation between the English – “it comes to give voice to that “silent majority” of citizens, families and enterprises that daily suffers the inefficiencies of the judicial system”, we read in a note.

For the sign “reform is not a technicalism, but a democratic necessity. The objective is a system that guarantees: balance between powers, for a more mature and transparent democracy; efficiency of times, because slow justice is, in fact, a justice denied to workers and enterprises; responsibility, to return to citizens confidence in institutions. Justice is not just about the courts, but the country’s social fabric. Every delay falls directly on the territories we represent,” the promoters of the front know.

The action carried out in the past weeks will culminate next March 17 in Rome. A few days after the vote, the leaders of the organizations will gather in the Capital for a confrontation event. “It will be an opportunity to present the results of the awareness work carried out in recent weeks and to launch a final call to voters – the note continues –. With this move, the world of social and organized sport demands its role as an intermediary body, able to concretely inform the public on crucial issues for the civil growth of the country, going beyond the ideological fences of traditional politics”.

Here is the list of associations, trade union and representations of categories or common interests, as well as the large sports organizations or the Third Sector that have joined: Asi, Opes, Endas, Msp, Scais, Groups Ecological Research Ets, Do Environment, Environment and/or Life Ets, Modavi, Modavi Civil Protection, Ciao Lab, Meritocrazia Italy, Southern Spring, Ugl Sport Operators, Ugl Ferrovieri, Ugl Giovani, Fesica, Consuma Italiano, Agdo, Confederation Auto-Fdemolitori Riuniida.
