ROMA (ITALPRESS) – From 12:00 on Thursday, April 2, companies in the tourist-receiving sector, including those of the administration of food and beverages, will be able to submit on the Invitalia website the application to access the fund “Staff House Title II”, from 54 million euros, for the modernization of the accommodation to be assigned to their workers.
The contribution, promoted by the Ministry of Tourism and managed by Invitalia, is basically lost in capital account for the costs of: requalification, modernization or completion of existing buildings that involve an improvement of the energy performance; purchase of plants, machinery, various equipment and furnishings, new factory, as well as mural works for their installation; consultations for SMEs strictly connected with admissible interventions and consulting services in the matter of environmental protection and energy.
Each application for relief, to be sent within 17:00 of 5 May 2026, must include expenditure between 500,000 euros and 5,000,000 euros (excluding VAT) and guarantee at least ten beds for workers. From March 24th, it is possible to pre-compile the “Anagraphics and Delegations” section of the application. The questions will be evaluated according to the chronological order of sending.
