NAPOLI (ITALPRESS) – A huge fraud against the state in the building bonus sector has been dismantled by the military of the Provincial Command of the Guardia di Finanza in Naples. At the disposal of the Prosecutor of the Republic of Nola, the financiers performed a decree of seizure urgent estimate for a total value of 10.550.971,25 euros.
The operation involves 7 people and 3 companies located between Campania, Emilia-Romagna, Puglia, Piedmont and Tuscany. The investigation, conducted by the Company of Casalnuovo of Naples, came from the complaints of about one hundred condòmini of two local residential parks.
The citizens had found in their tax drawers credits for renovation and energy efficiency works carried out approximately, but declared as completed through false documentation. According to the investigative hypothesis, the directors of the companies involved, with the complicity of technicians and tax consultants, would generate more than 10 million euros in “trash credits”, placing them on the market at highly competitive prices.
The timely intervention of the Gialle Fiamme allowed: to block approximately 3 million euros in credits still lying in the tax drawers, preventing the circulation; to seize over 30 properties in the provinces of Naples and Taranto; to bond 9 cars, social quotas of 14 companies and numerous financial relationships; to renew, thanks to the aid of the anti-evaluation cynofile units (cash-dog), 80.000 euros in cash from two dwellings.
