ROMA (ITALPRESS) – With the new and Vitara Suzuki combines advanced technology and authentic off-road capabilities. The stylistic philosophy combines two souls: that high tech, to express the modernity of a Bev, and that adventure, to reaffirm the strength and presence of true Suv, maintaining the typical styles and proportions of the Suzuki compact off-roads. The body has a distinctive design, defined by sculpted lines that communicate power and modernity and the proportions are robust, thanks to the tires of large diameter and a long step. Overall, the design combines technological details with a solid look, designed to address every type of route. The cabin is designed to offer a premium, practical and intuitive experience and offers an excellent internal dwelling and a versatile and modular boot thanks to the 160mm sliding back seats, which increases its capacity by more than 30%. The new Suzuki and Vitara is proposed in two configurations: 2wd single motor and 4wd dual motor allgrip-e, both powered by a 61 kWh battery pack. The first has a maximum power of 128 kW for 193 Nm torque. The allgrip-e versions are characterized by dual motor architecture (double eAxle), front and rear) and a total power of 135 kW (184 hp) for 307 Nm torque. The Bev powertrain consists of the efficient eAxle system that integrates the engine and inverter, along with the iron-phosphate lithium battery that ensures safety, reliability, durability and optimized thermal management, even in the most demanding conditions. The system allows a progressive acceleration from fast and smooth stop and a decisive acceleration in the phase of overtaking at every speed, ensuring a responsive and under control driving feeling even in case of disconnected funds.
The electric integral traction system includes a trail mode that allows you to exit smoothly from difficult terrain by applying the braking force to the wheels that slide and distributing the drive to the opposite tire.
On and Vitara debuts the new Heartect-e platform, developed specifically for the Bev models, which features a lightweight and robust structure combined with a high voltage protection and spacious interiors obtained thanks to reduced swings. The structure eliminates the need for coiling longherons and integrates the battery into the platform, reducing vibrations and increasing the safety and protection of the same in case of impact. Also and Vitara offers a package of the most advanced driving assistance systems that guarantee maximum safety. Prices range from 36,900 to 38.90 euro turnkey, VAT and Mss included, Ipt and Pfu excluded. For metallized paints are added 750 euros for mono colors (except Blue, included in the price) or 1,250 euros for bicolor colors.
