MASSA (ITALPRESS) – On the night between Saturday and Sunday, in the area of Piazza Palma, a short distance from the Municipality of Massa, for reasons under investigation, a group of young people, some of which minors, came to physical confrontation with two men. One of these, Giacomo Bongiorni of 46 years, was killed, the other reported injuries for which he is currently admitted to the hospital. The Carabinieri di Massa, promptly intervened, managed in short to identify all the subjects involved. Searches have therefore been carried out and seized useful material for investigations.
The Public Prosecutor of the Republic of Massa, who coordinates the investigation, has proceeded to interrogations and hearings of witnesses. The investigations are carried out in collaboration with the Prosecutor of the Republic at the Tribunal for the Minorities of Genoa. At the end of the first investigation, the Prosecutor of the Republic of Massa ordered the arrest of two elders, with the accusation, at the time, of contest in voluntary murder. It is two young people, both of Romanian nationality. Further elements useful to fully reconstruct the incident may be derived from the autopsy examination that will be carried out in the coming days. In the first days of the next week before the GIP of the Massa Tribunal will take place the warranty interrogators.
Interviewed also a third author of the plague, a minor, listened by the Court of Minors of Genoa. The Prosecutor of Minors has placed the boy’s arrest at the time responsible for voluntary murder.
