TEL AVIV (ISRAELE) (ITALPRESS) – The Israeli government called the Italian ambassador to Tel Aviv, Luca Ferrari. It is what is learned from informed sources. The ambassador, according to the sources, was summoned to express a protest following some words contained in a post on X of the vice-premier and foreign minister, Antonio Tajani, who had spoken of “unbeatable attacks” by Israel against the civilian population in Lebanon.
“Lebanon is a brother country we have in our hearts. For this reason today I came to Beirut to bring to President Aoun the solidarity of Italy after the unacceptable attacks of Israel against the civilian population,” Tajani wrote.
