CATANZARO (ITALPRESS) – From 8 to 19 June 2026, in the context of UnicalFesta, students, teachers and staff of the 14 Departments of the University, ready to compete for the victory between goliardia and healthy competition. The University of Calabria is preparing to turn again into a small Olympic village with the return of the Unical Games, the anticipated sporting event that combines students, teachers and technical-administrative staff in a unique experience of competition, integration and team spirit. More than just a competition, the event has consolidated over the years as a real collective rite, whose social impact has been recently celebrated also at national level during the first CRUI4Sport workshop held in Trento: the Unical Games have been indicated as a model of excellence for the ability to promote the active participation and identity building of Italian universities.
