CATANZARO (ITALPRESS) – Realizing in Calabria “a school of entrepreneurship”, itinerant, in some of the most representative villages of the region. It is the proposal that the three Calabrian universities will take to Europe to give concreteness to the project of the “Right to stay”, the right to remain, of which the Vice-President of the Commission Ue Raffaele Fitto is promoting. To announce it was the rector of the University of Calabria Gianluigi Greco, who together with colleagues from the universities of Reggio Calabria and Catanzaro participated in the evening talk in the summer school of the association L’orodicalabria, in Pizzo. It was precisely the association that gave impetus to the initiative that is now being outlined in a project to be put black on white. “We must make our boys believe – said Greco – that there is a possibility of future created by them. It is essential to set up the structures that already exist in Calabrian universities, to create schools, academy that carry out the entrepreneurial idea, the ability to do business, to connect with investors, even international ones. Today in our region there is maturity because these models grow. To Europe we ask the tools so that the universities can work together. 100% of our graduates find work, indeed every day I reject requests from companies. The trend reversal is, the ruling class we form must be able to use the tools of the future.”.
“We have human and natural talents, we do not disperse them – echoed the rector of the Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria, Giuseppe Zimbalatti – Calabria grows, there is an important reversal of trend. It is up to us to offer our graduates the courage to do business.” “Among young people – explained Stefano Alcaro of the University Magna Greece of Catanzaro – there is enthusiasm, even those who studied elsewhere want to return to Calabria. We want to give them the opportunity to train and work in this region”, for example by focusing on the professions in medical and pharmaceutical fields. “A valid university system is the yeast that makes the population grow – observed the former rector of Wisdom, Eugenio Gaudio, who today presides over the Foundation of the Roman athene – The challenge is to become a pole of attraction”. From him an appeal to young people who want to do business: “Create us, follow your intuitions. The greatest innovations have also come from amateurs.” To focus on training for young people in the South is also Luiss: “The Mezzogiorno, for the fourth consecutive year, has grown more than the rest of Italy. Today it offers great opportunities also thanks to its geographical position – said Gaetano Quagliariello, head of the Luiss School of Management – South, and in Calabria in particular, you have to do something new. Young people must study the opportunities that this context offers. We chose to focus on the formation of the middle-day executive class by creating an ad hoc master.”.
