ROMA (ITALPRESS) – On the delegation of the Prosecutor of Rome – Anti-Mafia District Direction, the police officers of the State Police and the Carabinieri of the Investigative Nucleus of Rome have carried out an order of precautionary detention in prison against 7 subjects, seriously suspected, for various reasons, of murder aggravated by mafia method, extortion with weapons of war, attempted murder and association finalized. The measure was issued by the Tribunal of Rome. In the middle of the investigation there is the reconstruction of the criminal direction behind the execution of Fabrizio Piscitelli, called “Diabolik”, which took place on August 7, 2019 at the Aqueduct Park.
The complex and premeditated organization of the crime, carried out in the middle of the day, was qualified by the gip of the Tribunal of Rome as an action with a mafia method, aimed at facilitating the Senese clan, hegemon in the area where the crime was consumed. The murder generated a widespread climate of subjection and omerity in the Roman territory, manifested by the obvious reticence of eyewitnesses and narrower sodals of the victim. Through environmental and telephone interceptions and the analysis of encrypted chats, the pollutants have collected serious clues regarding the existence of a criminist agreement integrated between different delinquential groups operating in Rome, aimed at protecting their interests in the lucrative drug market.
The investigations that led to the issue of the order that has the precautionary measures, coordinated by the Prosecutor of the Republic of Rome, Anti-Mafia District Direction, in particular, identifies serious indications of rhetoriity with three prominent members of Roman crime, seriously suspected of being the promoters and senders of the murder. This is Michele Senese (who is an apical agent): the historical head of the homonymous clan, would have provided the decisive preventive assent for the killing of Piscitelli. The punitive action was to reaffirm the power of the clan on its own affiliate which, being autonomous in the traffic of narcotics together with Fabrizio Fabietti, refused to pay the due share on the profits of his illicit activities, pouring irrisorie sums (about 2.000-3.000 euro monthly in front of large quantities of drugs marketed). Leandro Bennato (individual as a forward and organizer): at the top of the criminal group operating on the whole city of Rome with propaggini that from the extreme outskirts of Rome South/East (Tor Bella Monaca) extend to those of Rome North-West ( Casalotti/Primavalle area). He would have deliberated the elimination of Piscitelli to extort it, considered an uncomfortable competitor on the cocaine market and conquer criminal control of the Tuscolana area. Bennato would have planned logistics on site, carrying out preliminary inspections and, on the day of the crime, would provide direct support by escorting the killer Raul Esteban Calderon aboard a stolen scooter. Alessandro Capriotti (who was a hook and a forward): known cocaine broker, would act in competition, agreeing the deadly trap. Capriotti would have set a fictitious appointment with Piscitelli at the bench of the park of Via Lemonia at 19.00 on 7 August 2019, attracting it skilfully in the range of action of the sicario, already disguised as runner and placed in the area.
The investigations of the agents of the Mobile Team of Rome and the Carabinieri of the Investigative Nucleus have allowed to collect clues about the antefact that would trigger the murder reaction. The contrast between Alessandro Capriotti and the group led by Piscitelli would rise to two distinct scams committed by Capriotti (called ‘the Fornaro’ or ‘the Miliardero’) in the purchase of cocaine loads from Albanian suppliers in 2016 (14 kilos for a value of 420.000 euros) and in 2018 (10 kilos). Piscitelli, historically linked to the Albanian brokers, had entered with violence in the affair to force demand the payment of the debt not honored of 300,000 euros. The peak of this clash was recorded on February 23, 2019 in Rocca di Papa, when Arindi Boci and Enea Carka, on a warrant of the same Piscitelli, would perform a violent intimidating attack by exploding four shots of AK-47 (Kalashnikov) assault rifle against the entrance door of the villa of Capriotti, while inside was the younger daughter of the same investigation. This serious act of force would have led Capriotti to demand protection from Giuseppe Molisso (in return to luxury watches) and to deliberate the killing of the rival. The next Faida and the attempted murder of Giuseppe Molisso The death of Piscitelli did not placate the blood spiral in the Capital. Immediately after the murder, the faithful of ‘Diabolik’, traced to the Albanian faction led by Elvis Demce, would have started a busy research and pawning activity to identify and kill the senders, immediately identified by the criminal environments in Molisso and Bennato. The Probatory Impalcation built allowed investigators to collect serious clues regarding the existence of the abyss that, after the crime, the Group of Albanesi suffered damages against Giuseppe Molisso and Leandro Bennato, as well as to outline also several homicidal intentions ordied by both factions that occurred through: the attempted murder of Leandro Bennato; the attempted murder of Fabrizio.
