ROMA (ITALPRESS) – On the delegation of the Prosecutor of the Republic of Rome, Anti-Mafia District Direction, the Carabinieri of the Company of Rome – Ostia have made an order that has precautionary measures, issued by the Gip of the Tribunal of Rome, against 5 persons (of which 3 in prison and 2 prohibitions of residence), all gravely suspected, for various reasons, of abuse of person.
The investigations, carried out by the Carabinieri of the Operational Nucleus of the Compagnia di Ostia and directed by the DDA of the Procura of Rome, started as a result of an assault with kidnapping person, which took place on 29 July, in Piazza Lorenzo Gasparri, in Ostia – a well-known spaccio square historically traced to illicit interests of the Spada clan – to the damage of a 30-year-old, considered astonished group to the suspected of Bellape.
The man, after contracting, with his, a debt of 1,500 euros, deriving from the ammanco of some crack doses, thought to find shelter in Ostia, where, however, he was recognized by some subjects, with a managerial role in the local plaza, which stopped him and, after having immobilized and percossus, closed in a ground floor with a person looking at him on sight. The men of Ostia then warned the members of the criminal group operating at Tor Bella Monaca who arrived at the Lido to withdraw the victim, extinguishing from their intent only for the immediate intervention of a Carabinieri patrol.
In the following days, the victim was again approached by one of the aggressors and threatened with the ultimate goal of making him dexist from a possible revelation of the incident to the forces of order. Thanks to the investigations, the Carabinieri di Ostia have come to identify 4 North African and an Albanian, all 20 years old, suspected of being part of the organic squares of Ostia and Tor Bella Monaca, collecting to them serious clues in order to the seizure of person.
Investigative investigations of aggression have allowed us to hypothesize that the story is to be traced within the criminal interests related to drug trafficking and the violent and intimidating management of plazas. It has also been documented the existence of criminal co-interests and connections between the two areas, historically active in the detail of narcotics on Rome, Piazza Gasparri di Ostia and Tor Bella Monaca.
At the same time as the notification of the order, the Carabinieri di Ostia performed a decree of preventive seizure of the property, issued always by the Gip of the court of Rome, at the request of the local DDA, where the victim of the seizure was held segregated; it is a local, with commercial use destination, occupied abusively and used as a home but in fact considered a point of support in the availability of the criminal group. The Carabinieri in the course of the various anti-drug blitzes, as a place used as a base by pushers, had already seized it, erecting a wall to close the path of access but the premises were again occupied after throwing down the wall.
