Tourism, published in the Official Journal the law with the extension of the Rotative Fund for Enterprises. Mazzi “Sustainable and Digital Structures”

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – It was published in the Official Journal – General Series n.192 – the Law 7 August 2026, n.152, of conversion of the decree-law 26 June 2026, n.107, which contains important urgent measures for infrastructure investments in the tourist sector. It communicates in a note the ministry of tourism, adding that regarding the sector, the measure, in article 4, provides two strategic interventions for the strengthening of the attraction of Italy.

The first concerns the Corporate Rotative Fund for Support for Enterprises and Development Investments in Tourism – measure PNRR M1C3 Investment 4.2.5. The deadline for interventions is extended to 31 August 2026 to allow the full realization of investments to strengthen accommodation on the energy requalification, environmental sustainability and digital innovation.

The Ministry of Tourism, moreover, is authorized to continue the investigation activities for the concessions even beyond the expiry of the term, in order to maintain the objectives already achieved and reporting to the European Union and within the limits of the resources assigned to the investment.

The second intervention is an investment for the South and for the experiential tourism: a contribution of 2,5 million euros is authorized in favor of the Municipality of Tropea for the realization of a connecting lift between the historical center and the seafront, a work that aims to improve accessibility and to value one of the most iconic destinations in Italy.

We are talking about investments that make our accommodation more modern, sustainable and digital, so more competitive on the international market. The intervention on Tropea, then, shows how even a punctual infrastructure can become a powerful tourist attraction, combining the enhancement of the village, accessibility and enjoyment of the seafront”.
