MILAN (ITALPRESS) – The trapper Zaccaria Mouhib, known as “Baby Gang”, remains in custody in prison. The Judge for Preliminary Investigations has established this by rejecting the request submitted by the defence to obtain the attenuation of the measure by granting house arrest. According to the motives of the measure, the magistrate has evidenced that the twenty-five years are inserted in a “wider and more international criminal network”, demonstrating a marked social danger that connotes both its personal dimension and the artistic figure ostentatious on social channels. Among the elements recalled in the Ordinance also include foreign transfers, such as a trip to Iraq documented with the use of war weapons including bazooka and kalashnikov, to witness the contacts and the ability to action of the group. For the Gip there is a concrete and high danger of reiteration of the crimes, together with the presence of a wide circle of supporters and entourage ready to support it. For these reasons, the precautionary custody in prison was considered the only measure to safeguard the precautionary requirements.
