MILAN (ITALPRESS) – The Court of Appeal of Milan, section enterprises, has rejected the second request for suspension of the decree that has the shutdown of the hot area of the former Ilva of Taranto. The request had been advanced by Ilva and Acciaierie d’Italia companies, both in extraordinary administration. The measure was issued last July and provided for the shutdown of the blast furnaces. Last September 11, the Court had already confirmed the shutdown of the hot area. According to the Court, the protection of the right to health is still prevalent.
