ROMA (ITALPRESS) – Mazda presents the Mazda6e 2027, updated with a new engine, a wider range of interior fittings and finishes, improved suspensions and advanced ADAS systems. Presented in 2025, Mazda6e is the five fully electric sedan that combines distinctive design, technology and driving pleasure. After conquering the World Car Design of the Year 2026, the model evolves for the Model Year 2027 with significant updates that enrich its content and increase its versatility. The main novelty of Mazda6e 2027 is the new engine, developed to combine and improve the strengths of the two previous configurations. The 78 kWh lithium-ferro-phosphate battery supports fast charging up to 200 kW and offers a WLTP range up to 560 km in the combined cycle and up to 703 km in the urban cycle. A solution that facilitates long journeys reduces charging times and makes the car even more practical in everyday use. The Mazda6e range also expands with the new Homura Plus, which emphasizes the sporty soul of the model without sacrificing the elegance of design. The lower gloss black moldings on the front and rear bumpers and on the side miniskirts make the car even more distinctive. In the cabin, the black nappa leather coverings and woven suede, embellished with red stitching, create a refined environment. Decorative inserts with mesh pattern on dashboard and doorman, black sky and electric sunshade complete a refined set and with a decided character. The Takumi Plus version also extends customization possibilities. Customers can choose between two combinations of nappa leather and woven suede, the Tan finish, already available, adds the new beige hue, which gives the cabin an even more bright and refined atmosphere. The Takumi design confirms the interior in Balck Maztex2, while the previous Maztex beige finish will no longer be available. On the road, Mazda6e benefits from a series of refinements designed to make driving even more enjoyable. The acceleration response and the intensity of the regenerative braking have been increased, while suspension interventions ensure an even more effective balance between comfort and stability. Advanced guidance assistance systems are also developed. The Cruising & Traffic Support (CTS) is now operating up to 160 km/h, while the Lane Keep Assist intervenes on the steering in a more fluid and natural way. Updates to the navigation system further improve the practicality of use, thanks to new filter and search options dedicated to charging stations. Locate the most suitable charging point and plan longer shifts becomes so much easier. With the new engine, a wider range and targeted refinements, Mazda6e 2027 consolidates the strengths of the model and offers an even more complete and engaging driving experience.
