Cariparma Foundation, record allocation for 2024 calls for proposals

ROME (ITALPRESS) – Innovative, challenging, generative and as of today reinforced by an additional allocation of more than 2 million euros. Fondazione Cariparma’s 2024 calls for proposals, presented at the beginning of the year, represented not only for the Foundation but for all its beneficiaries and stakeholders a real challenge. An innovation welcomed with open arms by the territory, which correctly interpreted the objectives of the newly launched calls, proposing numerous projects for the community, which the new Board of Directors of Fondazione Cariparma responded to by deliberating 2 million more than the initial allocation of 15 million and arriving at a record allocation of about 17.316,000 euros. In a complex era such as the one we are going through, the need is to accompany, in a meticulous and daily way, the transformations, social and economic changes taking place, to avert the risk of an overall impoverishment. Pointing the lens on the term “community,” Fondazione Cariparma’s philanthropic actions have the primary objective of keeping its guard up on the real needs of the territory. The Strategic Plan 2024-2027 has identified, in synergy with the city’s stakeholders, projects capable of representing a concrete response to combating inequality. It is a journey still in progress, which the territory has joined with enthusiasm and responsiveness: 266 projects were supported during the year through the calls for proposals. “We are extremely pleased with the positive community response to our new calls for proposals. Presenting such a disruptive strategic plan compared to the past certainly involved risks, however, the enthusiasm, participation and support we received from our stakeholders confirm that we are on the right track. There is still much to be done, but to have received such a high number of proposals in line with the goals set is already a source of great pride. It was therefore with immense pleasure that we were able to increase the allocation initially planned, to meet the requests received and give a tangible sign to the territory of our desire to win together the challenges that we will be facing,” says Franco Magnani, President of Fondazione Cariparma. In particular, it was the calls Avere cura di chi cura, Welfare Connesso, PAT.T.O. per il territorio and Rotte Sostenibili that had the highest demand for contributions and consequently, those to which the increase in allocated capital was directed.-photo Fondazione Cariparma press office- (ITALPRESS).
