Tyson slaps Paul at the weight, the match-show is on

ARLINGTON (UNITED STATES) (ITALPRESS) – Heavyweight legend Mike Tyson slapped youtuber Jake Paul in the usual face-off during weight before they faced each other in the ring in Arlington, United States, on the Italian night between today, Friday, and Saturday. A crowd of security guards quickly moved in to separate the two contenders before Tyson was taken away to avoid a worse brouhaha. The former champion, who stopped the scales at 103.4 kilograms, barely spoke before returning to his hotel. “The discussion is over,” he simply declared, accompanied by his trusted entourage. Paul, a 20.8 million subscriber youtuber to his channel turned boxer, said he was not hurt by Tyson’s slap, which triggered strong reactions from the public. “I didn’t even hear him, he’s angry. He’s an angry little leprechaun… What a slap, my friend,” said Paul, 103 kilograms in weight, brother of the Logan who challenged Tyson three years ago but never entered the ring. Paul then promised to knock Tyson out, before roaring theatrically into a microphone with an ominous “he must die.” Having overcome the various health problems that led to several postponements of the match, “Iron Mike,” 58, will thus have to contend with the 27-year-old social media star, who has already won 10 of his 11 bouts between the pros. The bout is obviously highly anticipated and not only in the States, as Tyson will return to fight almost two decades after the defeat he suffered against Kevin McBride back in 2005. The show, however it goes, is assured, so much so that the Netflix platform has secured live coverage of a challenge closer to a series than to a sporting event.- Photo Ipa Agency -(ITALPRESS).
