RABAT (MOROCCO) (ITALPRESS) – Spanish government President Pedro Sßnchez thanked the Kingdom of Morocco for its support in relief efforts in areas affected by the recent floods in the Valencia region.
Sßnchez said rescuers from Morocco, Portugal, and France were on site to help with relief efforts in Valencia.
“In these difficult weeks for Spain because of the storm, the international and European solidarity has been enormous,” the Spanish head of government stressed in a message on the social network X. “All of Spain thanks you,” he added.
Following the floods that devastated several regions in Spain, Morocco sent 24 fire trucks and 70 rescue workers to Spain to help with relief operations in the Valencia region, which was severely affected by storm Dana.
