ROME (ITALPRESS) – Renato Di Napoli has been confirmed for a third term as head of the Italian Tennis Federation. At the ordinary national elective assembly held in Rome, the outgoing president received 14,577 votes, or 55.28 percent, compared with 8,074 (30.62 percent) for Marco Rech Daldosso and 3,709 (14.07 percent) for Patrizio Deniso. The votes present were 83.78 percent of the total voting strength. “It’s a great satisfaction. This is my third term, 16 years previously as vice president and now my third as president. The companies, clearly, decided to reward the work done over the years, with the continuous growth both numerically and in terms of results. It is only fair that when you work well, the results come and the societies appreciate. I’m also highly excited because all 10 councilors have been elected. So, I have a full team and no excuse not to carry on outstanding work for our movement,” the president-elect’s words.
