ROME (ITALPRESS) – Marco Natali has been elected president of Confprofessioni by the Confederation’s General Council, which brings together trade associations. With this appointment, the era of Gaetano Stella, under whose leadership Confprofessioni consolidated its stability, credibility and representative capacity, comes to an end. Natali is preparing to usher in a phase of evolution for Confprofessioni, with the goal of adapting the organization to socioeconomic changes and transforming it into an increasingly dynamic and innovative point of reference for Italian professionals.In his inaugural speech, the newly appointed president presented an ambitious program centered on two fundamental pillars: people and representation. “This is the time to dare. It is time to build on the work done so far and look to new horizons with determination and strategic vision. I thank President Stella and his team for the commitment and dedication with which they have led the Confederation, leaving a legacy of growth and solidity, a valuable foundation for the future,” said Natali.The focus will be on overcoming current challenges such as the green and digital transition, internationalization, the evolution of organizational models and the strengthening of welfare dedicated to professionals and their employees, as well as strengthening relations with strategic stakeholders such as trade unions, politics and professional representation.
