As a result, at the current summit of the conference today sits an executive and presidential body that is not representative of the heterogeneity of the professions, and of the trade associations, which instead constitute the true essence of the organization. This blitz, unequivocally qualifies the people who brought it about. Democracy is the salt of organizations and change is a sign of growth for any association, but transparency in behavior and the dignity of people must always take priority and must never be lacking.
