MILAN (ITALPRESS) – Milan immediately returned to success, after the draw against Juventus, in the sign of Tijjani Reijnders: a double from the Dutchman and a 3-0 win over Empoli for Paulo Fonseca and his side. In the fog of the San Siro the Rossoneri immediately took off, managing possession against a rival dedicated to closing every space and defending grimly. Emerson Royal and Colombo build the first chances, but the real dangers come after the quarter-hour mark: Morata and Reijnders scare Empoli. It was precisely the Spanish striker who unlocked it on 19′, with a perfect shot from inside the area that left former Vasquez no chance. From here on, the hosts just control in the Meazza party, managing their energy ahead of the Coppa Italia match (Tuesday) against Sassuolo.
