Stellantis, Interim Executive Committee formed

AMSTERDAM (NETHERLANDS) (ITALPRESS) – The process of appointing the new CEO of Stellantis is at an advanced stage, managed by a Special Committee of the Board of Directors, and will be completed by the first half of 2025. Pending the conclusion of the process for the selection of the new CEO, the new organization, announced by Stellantis, is implemented with immediate effect.
The Interim Executive Committee (“IEC”) will be responsible for the direction and oversight of the Company on behalf of the Board of Directors. The CEI will be chaired by John Elkann. The Committee consists of the Chairman and the following executives with the following responsibilities:
Xavier Chèreau – Human Resources and Heritage; Ned Curic – Engineering and Technology, Software and Free2move; Arnaud Deboeuf – Manufacturing and Supply Chain; Antonio Filosa – Americàs (North and South America) Regions, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Design in the North America Region, including Maserati Design; Beatrice Foucher – Planning; Jean-Philippe Imparato – Enlarged Europe, Pro One, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroèn, DS, Fiat, Lancia, Opel and Peugeot. Region Design Enlarged Europe will report to this position; Douglas Ostermann – Finance; Maxime Picat – Purchasing and Supplier Quality and regions Middle East & Africa, India & Asia Pacific, China in addition to Leapmotor International; Philippe De Rovira – Affiliates.
Supporting the CEI and reporting directly to the President will be the following Executive Vice Presidents: Bertrand Blaise – Communications and CSR; Olivier Bourges – Customer Experience; Giorgio Fossati – General Counsel; Santo Ficili – Maserati in addition to Alfa Romeo; Olivier Francois – Marketing in addition to Fiat, Abarth and DS; Clara Ingen-Housz – Public Affairs. Richard Palmer was appointed Special Advisor to the President and will participate in the CEI as an advisor to the management team.
