Through this program, customers potentially interested in buying the Topolino can come in contact with those who already own it to share their experience of using it. The Mickey Lovers program is based on the very simple observation that people often express a need for reassurance before making a purchase. They find this reassurance in a person they trust, in opinions expressed online, or even in a direct confrontation with someone who uses a product on a daily basis so they know all aspects of it and can reassure them in their choice by sharing their experience.It is on this last point that Fiat has created a new communication channel, developed specifically for Mickey Mouse, to give some of its customers “in love” with their Mickey Mouse the opportunity to become Ambassadors, to tell their experience, show and let those who are interested and want to know more about their vehicle try it. Those who become Mickey Mouse Ambassadors will be able to receive economic benefits, based on the test drives they manage to make or on the sales subsequently concluded. “Mickey Lovers is perfectly in line with Fiat’s desire to offer products that are increasingly accessible and adapted to the new lifestyles and consumption patterns of its customers. In fact, this is a project that offers the opportunity to directly share one’s experience with Topolino to facilitate the knowledge of this object of mobility, which is increasingly appreciated and requested by the Italian public,” says Giuseppe Galassi, Managing Director of Fiat and Abarth in Italy. “Topolino Lovers is a functional project for the energy transition as the daily example of Ambassadors, who live sustainable mobility every day, accelerates awareness in everyone of the need to respect the environment and shows how simple and beneficial electric mobility is.To become an Ambassador, one must first of all be an owner and “Lovers” of Fiat Topolino and want to share his or her driving experience with all those people who are interested in learning more about the Topolino before buying it and who are eager to exchange ideas or information directly with an Ambassador, in a friendly and transparent way.To become an Ambassador, one must register in the appropriate form and submit his or her application in the dedicated platform: Become an Ambassador. Each Ambassador will be rewarded with 10 euros for each test drive booked and 75 euros for each Fiat Topolino purchased after a test drive. Potential customers will be able to get in touch with the Ambassadors through a geolocation-based web page so they can contact the Ambassador nearest them. All they have to do is make an appointment (online or physical) with the Ambassador to discover Mickey Mouse. Following this, they can then order it online, thus becoming new Customers and, in turn, potential new Ambassadors.
